We work alongside founders and small teams to find what is holding growth back, run focused experiments, and build the software and AI systems that make what works repeatable. Either party may terminate consulting relationships with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Termination terms, including work-in-progress and payment obligations, will be outlined in project contracts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms
